Dear Hdfc Team, I have a salary account & my father account is linked under my portfolio. Now amount is being deducted from my father account for not maintaining sufficient balance. But hdfc Bank employee said it was a 0 account & we dont need to maintain any balance.

we have visited the branch & they are carelessly saying the person who opened the account is transferred & we cannot help with the issue. We also informed the manager & he was saying I was on leave & i dont have any knowledge on that.

Dearest @AshwiniVaishnaw ji, I am asking repeatedly. This is very very important. Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair? Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund. Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge. @JioCare I have made a security deposit of 1500 rupees at the time of taking postpaid. At that time they told it will be refunded when you close your postpaid account. Now that I have closed my postpaid account, I should get my money back. Why I'm not eligible for any refund? @JioCare
