Only the wrapper and a supporting cloth should be used to hold their neck firmly in place and make sure its firm and not too tight.

My sister and her husband were dressing up for work. My sister completed her dressing in the living room because she was rushing. Her dress has side belts to be tied behind.
I was expecting her to come to me to knot it as a bow
