it makes me so sad how people with binge eating disorder don’t get taken seriously, binging is so so mentally painful. i’ve felt worse in phases of binging than i have with anorexia or bulimia

"just try eating intuitively" but I've never been able to differentiate between satisfied and uncomfortably full so I end up overeating anyways
