For my Christian followers: How can you be sure that your interpretation of the Bible is correct? Have you tested your understanding? (And there ARE ways to test it)

@McGrupp_ I’d raise the prices 10% and keep the tipping for employees. You get 10% more and so do the employees. Everybody wins. If you don’t allow tipping, customers might think it’s a crappy company that doesn’t let the employees receive tips

I’m thinking of eliminating tipping at the food trucks (and future counter service locations), increasing menu prices by the avg tip % (which is around 10) and increasing employee wages to their post tip hourly avg. Is this sound reasoning & is there anything I’m not considering?
