@harpsichore it's sad that this is a hot take. it's not that rh traders aren't ever "greedy" on their own, but there are a lot of forces on the game that push people to these prices. issues with farming, shop prices, etc. and also, like you say, lack of basic regulation from the devs.

hot take but the economy is partly barbie’s fault. I know everyone says it’s the players’ greed, which I get? but they’ve always had the ability to enforce price caps or smth, and when we’d asked for help for years, it was crickets. I’m curious why they’re intervening now
