@2147mill Interesting take Tom. I’m a huge advocate of ETF’s for a less hands on investor but I would also argue that the faster you learn about individual stocks, the faster you learn to make great choices and investments. Interested in your thoughts!

Biggest beginner investing mistake I see: Buying individual stocks before you own a single index fund. You don't have an edge over institutional investors. Neither do I. Buy the whole market first. Be boring. Build wealth. Then explore.

@JamesP728 My actual investing is on Trading 212 but I use Getquin and auto import my data as I have an Invest account and ISA so it blends the two in an ‘aggregate’ portfolio so I can see overall performance - It’s been super useful so far! How are your $HIMS shares doing?

I’ve been investing for less than 2 years with plenty of mistakes. I wish I’d started sooner. One of my goals now is to teach my kids about money, investing and long-term thinking from an early age. For now, I’m just focusing on staying consistent and learning as I go.
