That Derby Trial at Lingfield (1.58) is so tough to call Ryan 43% there for AOB but Isaac Newton doesn’t look a stayer to me and Denise has super boosted him to come top 2… not sure I’d be keen on him Buick is 54% there for CAppleby but the yard has only won 1 in 26 and so many beaten favourites. Maho Bay is 2-2 and even though he beat donkeys on debut, the form of his win LTO is really strong (2nd and 3rd won on debut and 4th won a C2 at Chester yesterday). Rightful favourite. The yard form is worrying though Maltese Cross is 211 and the form of his debut 2nd has been franked. His win NTO looks strong too: - 7.5L 6th has landed a double since - 5L 5th has won since - 5L 4th has won since - 2L 3rd has won since - Head 2nd has won since He then followed up again when up in trip and doing his best work at the end. That was a blanket finish though with the first 6 all within a length of eachother - madness. 0.5L third was beaten 2.25L by Galiyan yesterday though, who was 7L behind Maho Bay before. If you’re looking at form lines that’s huge IMO. 5th has been comfortably beaten in a C3 too. Stats pointing towards the favourite if you ask me. If the yard was in form he’d be evens I’d say. But Maltese Cross is 14/1 for the Derby and Maho Bay is 33/1? Interesting. Who do you reckon wins lads?
