#ProjectAfrica Day 190/191/192/193 Day 190: 60km Day 191: 28.8km Day 192: 60km Day 193: 60.3km Evening girls & boys. Apologies for lack of updates, signals been dog. Still getting about it. Hottest few days of the mission in the last few hitting 40 degrees. Would be lying if I said it’s ideal running conditions but is it ever🤣 gotta keep moving. We had a long drive out and back on day 191 to pick up james (new team member) hence the reduced running day but other than that we having it. 60km getting spread like lurpak. Nigerians still bringing the good vibes. People loving the camera out here. One of my favourite countries to run through so far. Had the new @FSandHG album on repeat last couple days. Incredible work there fellas. Favourite new music I’ve listened to in a while. Whole thing start to finish 3x today. The south’s got something to say. Yes sir. Love it. Hoping to reunite with the rest of the team tomorrow as the van has successfully made it across from Cameroon on the boat. Anyway I’m off to bed. Have a blessed one out there tomorrow gangstas🫡

#ProjectAfrica Day 189: 61.1km Another brick in the wall. Finished the days running in a small town. Went over to the footy pitch to see the locals having a game. Gaffer asked me if I can play ball. I said, gaffer. Just ran 8000 odd km's to get here so bit stiff, but best believe I can still hold it down in middle of the park like a 2010 obi mikel. Throws me into the mix. Cultured performance. Nothing silly. If in doubt, get it out. Areas getting hit. Ground getting covered. Confirmed still got it. Great evening though. Locals super welcoming. Quality experience. Hope you all had a blessed day out there🫡🇳🇬
