@MR_DRD32 @the_real_reason @PhinsideTheNFL Cowboys aren't trading starting 25 year old O-linemen, one with 2 years of control at a total of $3.5 mil the other with 2 years totaling $7.6 mil with a third year club option of control. Besides, they are a LT & C. The two spots the Dolphins O-line is set at.

Re: Brooks Trade After the news that the Cowboys are discussing a trade for him internally as I said on @PhinsideTheNFL, it feels like Achane and Brewer getting restructured is setting them up for extensions this summer while Brooks is not. I don’t expect a day 2 pick unless you package Brooks with a day 3 pick because Brooks wants new money. As far as Sullivan naming Brooks as part of the core after he arrived here, in the great words of Ted DiBiase “everybody has a price” and if Achane does, you can bet so does Brooks. #PhinsUp

@CarlosVoltron @MetsMuse Terrible? 2 years ago he had the same number of HR as the much younger Nimmo. Last season his numbers were down because he didn't play in at least 159 games for 6 consecutive seasons due to a freak injury that could have happened to any player.

@MetsMuse I have to tell you. I don’t understand anyone who posts a lineup with Semien hitting any higher than 8th. His performance the last two years are terrible and I don’t see anything from this spring to suggest he’ll be better.

@Joeram51 @HoffWFAN He gave up 2 hits in a 8-6 game. In 3 innings. He could easily of gone 7 innings and not given up another run. Yarbrough gave up 3 runs on 2 hirs in just 2 innings. And really, the 2 errors that led to 3 unearned runs are what lost the game.

@1MetzfaninGA @HoodieAlonso Clueless. He just turned 26 in Dec. Team control through 2029. Not earbitration eligible yet, so making league minimum. Played 2 seasons in the big leagues hit 27 HRs in one, Not including the 5 he had to 14 RBI in 13 playoff games. 17 HR in his bad year. No minors options left.

@MetsLoyalist @MetsdUp Not that surprising. He was still out there until yesterday when the Royals finally signed him. He's 37 with 2 recent groin surgeries. The last 3 years he's averaged 93 G, 7 HR, 34 RBI, a .693 OPS & 97 OPS+. Who loses their roster spot for that?

@iamisokokid @JonHeyman Just because you don't understand the definition of what breaking news is. It doesn't mean great, big, nistoric or anything like that. It simply means that it iis just now being reported. But, by all means, continue to make multiple posts displaying your ignorance.

@NYNJHarper On the broadcast, Keith Hernandez said a big league 1B makes that play. Hewas able to catch the ball from the stretch and get back on the bag in time. Or, he should should of just come completely off the bag and make the tag. His indecisiveness was the problem.

Never saw a replay of Bichette's throw, as I was in stands at the time. Checked with a scout who called it "acceptable, though not impressive." He disagreed with Mendoza's post-game characterization of Bichette having a "plus-plus arm."

@BeaneaterB It was called an error on the 1B for a reason. The throw was there. It was bad footwork and indecision by the 1B. Throw "pulled"him about 3" off the bag and he got back in plenty of time for the out, he also tried to tag him. One or the other. Not both. Hernandez even blamed 1B.

Mets fans for the last 6 years: “Lol You just watched a Phillies defense moment!” Mets fans this ST: “That’s clearly the 1B fault.” Fellas. Let’s have some consistency.

@NYNJHarper Ridiculouly poor, if not just outright deceitful, reporting by not mentioning that it was ruled an error on the 1B, not Bichette.

Bichette’s first ground ball, toward line. Playing deep, he backhanded ball but throw wasn’t real strong, and pulled 1B off the bag. Ruled an error. Need to see more but arm could be an issue there.
