@Shpigford @claudeai Ask Claude to do a divide and conquer on your recent conversations and resubmit to try to isolate the specific words. Do these in subagents it can monitor and determine what’s triggering the blocks. Tell it to theorize it’s regex or some context type of block. Don’t get banned
English

anyone have any ideas how to at least debug what's causing @claudeai to block output? it keeps happening but i have zero clue why.

i connected claude fable 5 to my fathom + fireflies MCP and let it analyze 1,000s sales calls…
needless to say it was f*cking insane
it found mistakes in our discovery, pitch, and objection handling that costed us $1,000,000+ across 170+ sales reps
so i packaged this AI workflow into a step-by-step guide on how to build your own $10k+/mo sales strategist that audits + coaches you on your sales calls
here's everything that i’ll teach you to do inside:
- how to connect the MCP that links fathom or fireflies straight to fable 5 (zero copy pasting, zero exporting, the model reads your actual transcripts)
- the diagnostic scan prompt that separates 90 days of calls into won and lost, then maps stage-by-stage time, discovery question patterns, and exactly where prospects go cold
- the 7-criteria discovery scorecard that tells you which specific elements are present in your closes and missing from your losses
- the objection origin mapping prompt that traces every lost-deal objection backward to the exact moment it was created, not just how to respond to it
- the status language audit that catches the approval-seeking phrases most closers don't know they're using in the first 5 minutes of every call
- the fix hypothesis prompt that turns all of it into a ranked list of the 5 highest-leverage changes to make first
- the full claude skill that runs this entire diagnostic on autopilot every month, complete with trend tracking against last month's report
all backed by my experience of having generated $10,000,000 across every sales team i’ve managed
like + comment "FABLE" and i'll send the full breakdown

Signal data is the FOUNDATION of a modern go-to-market system.
I just wrote a complete playbook on it.
Inside:
1. 5 core uses of intent signals (lead scoring, automated outreach, CRM/Slack alerts, expansion, ABM list building)
2. 3 signal categories explained in detail (1st-party, 2nd-party, 3rd-party)
3. Layer 1 Ingest stack (Tray(.)io, Zapier, Hightouch, Fivetran into your CRM/CDP/warehouse)
4. Layer 2 Normalize and Score with the weighted model (blog visit +2, pricing +8, demo +15, product spike +20)
5. Layer 3 Enrich plus Layer 4 Trigger (if/then logic for deals, alerts, nurture, retargeting, outbound)
6. Layer 5 Close the feedback loop so signals that produce meetings get weight, unproductive ones get cut
This is a complete guide to capturing, scoring, and activating intent signals across first-party, second-party, and third-party data to build a real-time, signal-driven GTM system.
Reply SIGNAL and I'll send it.

i’m leaking the ENTIRE $2.5M+ AI LinkedIn GTM system we used to engineer:
- 200 calls in 2 weeks
- $36k MRR added in 4 months
- 2.8M+ linkedin impressions in 26 days
covering every:
- fable 5 prompt
- sonnet 5.0 skill file
- chatgpt images 2.0 flow
that we internally use to reverse-engineer competitor funnels, analyze data, write copy, produce lead magnets, and generate infographics, carousels, and pfp + banners for B2B companies on linkedin

@doodlestein @claviska As someone who has opened an issue for one of your repos and gotten the policy, completely fine with it. There is some acknowledgment of it which I think is basically 88% of it. Not quite the committee bit but something I can point to and say “I was seen!”

@claviska I’ve been doing this for nearly a year at this point:

there's a deep focus and satisfaction that I miss. debugging something crazy for 3 days and fully solving it was incredible, and you came away with very deep learnings. do that over 20 years
all of that is gone
I switch between very low and high points. right now I'm at a high point... but every week I'm stressed

yall im ngl its way harder to get joy and satisfaction out of building with ai than it was before constantly straddling burn out, being far less immersed in hard problems, constant context switching i’m tired of the uncertainty of where this is going and how to do it well
English

@harrypark had a couple leads softly request it, so trying to get more data here
