Tonight makes it the 6th night since small children and school teachers were kidnapped. APC GOVERNMENT IS EVIL 💔💔💔💔
Last night, heavy rain fell terribly. Snakes, deadly ants, scorpions all kinds of danger in that bush.
A little baby still being carried on the mother’s back is out there in the wilderness.
Yet, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has slept peacefully for the past six days.
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and his children have also been sleeping comfortably since this tragedy began.
Meanwhile, innocent families are crying, praying, and living in fear every single minute.
APC government is evil.
If you still think there is hope for Nigeria again… honestly, I pity you.

Astronaut Reid Wiseman says he has CONVERTED to Christianity after his trip to moon.
"There is no other explanation for what I saw and experienced. When we landed back on earth, I saw the cross and just wept."
Truth be told if you look at everything and still don’t believe in God the creator then it’s crazy . You think everything just happened ?
Moral lesson : Welcome to Christianity . Jesus Christ is king

After a 10-day journey around the Moon, traveling nearly 700,000 miles and re-entering Earth’s atmosphere at extreme speeds, the crew is finally back.
The last time humans went this far and came back was during the Apollo era… over 50 years ago, in 1972.
Think about that for a second.
A machine leaves Earth, goes all the way to the Moon, loops around it, and comes back safely with humans inside.
Huge congratulations to NASA and everyone involved.
Next step… landing and building on the Moon.

@Naija_farmers How much does this set up cost with the fertilised eggs?
English

Stop saving 'small change' in a piggy bank or under your mattress where inflation eats it. Instead, invest that 15,000 in 54 fertilized eggs and a home incubator. Even with a modest hatch rate of 45 chicks, you’ve just turned 15,000 into a flock that would have cost you double or triple at market price. Grow your wealth, literally

Dear Nigerians, are you aware that IITA is the major cause of the agricultural problems we’re having in Nigeria? They’re frustrating the government efforts, and we all think it’s all about the government. These forces are the main issues we must first deal with.
I.I.T.A, it’s time to pack up and leave Nigeria! You’re the cause of the food shortage in Nigeria and why the prices of food keep getting high. Since you came into Nigeria and established yourselves in 1967/1968, the decline of Nigerian agricultural products export dropped.
By the end of the 1980s, Nigeria had fully transformed from a major exporter of agricultural products into a major importer of food because of your evil work in Africa.
IITA was founded and funded by the Rockefeller family/Foundation, the major financier of “EUGENICS,” a murderous and demonic mind.
The Rockefeller family, Standard Oil (its core business empire), and the Rockefeller Foundation (founded 1913) have faced longstanding accusations of corrupt or unethical practices. These span ruthless monopoly tactics, labor violence, eugenics funding with Nazi-era ties, and political scandals. Many stem from early 20th-century events and are documented in court records, congressional hearings, academic histories, and mainstream reporting (e.g., The New York Times, PBS, historical analyses). With so many credible evidence.
Distinctions matter: Some involve proven legal violations or direct funding; others are associations, allegations, or interpretive claims. The family/foundation has also conducted extensive fake help in disguise of philanthropy in public health, medicine, and education, which they use as a tool in destroying anywhere they go to.
Rockefeller wants Eugenics because they want to kill over 80% of Africans and most people in the world, so they can be alone with just few elite people and rule the world just as they want. They don’t like stubborn and uncivilized humans, and this is why they are fighting for Eugenics.
Eugenics is dangerous, inhuman and should be avoided for several well-established ethical, scientific, and historical reasons:
1. It Leads to Severe Human Rights Abuses.
When governments or societies decide who is “fit” to reproduce, it inevitably results in coercion, forced sterilization, discrimination, and violence. History shows this slippery slope: from “voluntary” encouragement to mandatory policies and mass atrocities.
2. It Is Rooted in Prejudice and Pseudoscience.
Judgments of “desirability” were (and are) subjective and biased — often targeting racial minorities, disabled people, the poor, or anyone outside the dominant group’s norms. Traits like intelligence, behavior, or poverty were falsely assumed to be purely genetic and heritable in simplistic ways.
3. It Devalues Human Diversity and Dignity.
Eugenics treats people as breeding stock rather than individuals with inherent worth. It implies some lives are less valuable and should be prevented, which undermines equality, autonomy, and the right to reproduce.
4. It Risks Modern Revival Through New Technologies.
Advances like prenatal genetic screening, embryo selection (e.g., via IVF and polygenic risk scores), or potential germline editing raise “new eugenics” concerns. Even if voluntary and consumer-driven, they can create societal pressure to avoid certain disabilities, reinforce ableism, widen inequalities (only the wealthy access enhancements), or echo old discriminatory patterns.
5. It Has No Place in a Just Society.
The reproductive decisions belong to individuals, not state programs or arbitrary “improvement” goals. True progress comes from supporting people (e.g., through medicine, education, inclusion) rather than trying to engineer population reduction.
Guess who’s also involved in IITA, the “FORD FOUNDATION,” the Eugenicist.

One of the smartest lessons from Femi Otedola is both simple and powerful: never become emotionally attached to an industry.
Otedola built his fortune in oil, yet he didn’t hesitate to step away when the risks increased and the future became uncertain. Instead of holding on to what once worked, he chose to evolve.
By moving into power generation, banking, and strategic investments, he demonstrated that true wealth grows when you follow opportunity, not nostalgia.
His journey is a reminder to every entrepreneur: markets shift, industries rise and fall, and blind loyalty to one sector can limit your potential.
The real advantage is flexibility, adapt early, diversify wisely, and position yourself where the future is heading.

Stop Being a Victim: 5 Simple Steps to Verify Any Land Title in Nigeria Before You Pay a Kobo
Every week in Nigeria, someone buys land with full excitement, pays every kobo, collects documents, and later discovers they own absolutely nothing. The seller was a fraudster. The title was fake. The land belongs to someone else entirely. And the courts? That battle could take decades.
The painful truth is that most of these victims could have avoided this nightmare with a few simple verification steps. None of them is complicated. None of them is expensive. But skipping them can cost you everything you've worked for.
Here's exactly what to do before you hand over a single naira.
Step 1: Start With the Document in Your Hand
Before anything else, look closely at whatever title document the seller is presenting. Does the name on it match their ID? Does it carry official stamps, signatures, and dates? Is there a plot number and a survey plan number clearly stated? These details should be consistent, clean, and verifiable. The moment something feels off, a name crossed out here, a blurry stamp there , pause and ask questions.
Step 2: Do an Official Land Search (This One is Non-Negotiable)
Take the documents to the state land registry, or better still, send a qualified property lawyer on your behalf. A land search will confirm whether the title is genuine, whether someone has already registered the same land, and whether there are any court orders, government acquisitions, or encumbrances attached to the property. This single step catches the majority of land fraud before money changes hands.
Step 3: Verify the Survey Plan on the Ground
A survey plan can look legitimate on paper and still be completely fake. Hire a registered surveyor to physically visit the land and confirm that the beacons on the ground match what's on the plan. This step is especially important in areas where land grabbers create documents for land they don't own or have already sold to multiple buyers.
Step 4: Trace the Ownership History
Ask the seller to provide every deed and transfer document that connects the land from its original owner all the way to them. This chain of ownership tells you whether the title has always been clean or whether something suspicious happened along the way. Gaps in this chain are serious red flags.
Step 5: Know the Red Flags and Run When You See Them
Some warning signs should stop the transaction immediately. Be very wary if the seller can only produce photocopies and claims the originals are "unavailable." Be suspicious if they resist or discourage a land registry search. Watch out for inconsistent names, altered numbers, or documents that don't quite add up. A genuine seller with a genuine title will have no reason to avoid verification. Anyone who does has something to hide.
One Final Tip
A land registry search costs a fraction of what you're about to spend on that property. There is truly no excuse to skip it. The few thousand naira you spend on verification today could save you millions, and years of heartache .
Don't Gamble With Your Future
Nigerian land fraud is real, it is rampant, and it targets people who are in a hurry or too trusting. You don't have to be one of them. Before your next property transaction, search, hire a lawyer, verify the survey, and trace the ownership. Share this with someone you know who is planning to buy land, you might just save them from the biggest financial mistake of their life.

Real Estate Building Fraud 101.
Use #150m to build a carcass of 10 pieces of 2 bedroom duplexes in an estate.
Place an advert of selling the Completed building at #30m each and offer a 1 year payment plan.
The Real Estate Company Issues an offer letter to their 10 victims who decided to pay the #30m in one year.
The Real Estate company gets #300m from them, which they now use to complete the buildings.
After completing the buildings. They lie to the 10 victims that they have issues with the State Government Development Authority where the building is situated and that work being done on the site has been delayed.
After dribbling the victims for 1-2 years, they now sell the building at #60m to another set of people.
They now have #600m from the 10 buildings.
They will now terminate the contract they gave to the 10 victims and start refund procedures.
After refunding #30m to the 10 victims, the company now has #200m as pure profit from the #600m gotten from New buyers.
Rinse and repeat for the next estate.

I Rode Okada for Years—Here's What I Learned About Lagos Neighborhoods That Real Estate Agents Won't Tell You
Most of you didn't know this about me, but before I got deep into real estate, I spent years as a commercial motorcyclist - yes, an olokada, navigating Lagos streets, dodging potholes, and moving people from point A to point B, sometimes in areas Google Maps had never heard of.
Those years weren't just about making ends meet. They were an unintentional masterclass in understanding Lagos neighborhoods in ways that real estate agents and property tours could never reveal.
See, when you're on the ground every day - morning, afternoon, night - you notice things. You see patterns. You understand which areas are genuinely growing and which ones are just hype.
You know where traffic chokes at 6 a.m., where flooding happens every August, and which "upcoming areas" have been "upcoming" for the last decade with nothing to show for it.
Today, I want to share some of those insights with you - the kind of street-level intelligence that can save you millions or help you spot opportunities others are sleeping on.
1. Morning Traffic Tells You Everything About Infrastructure
When you're riding okada, you learn that the worst traffic isn't always in the obvious places. Some so-called "prime locations" have only one major road in and out. During rush hour, a 15-minute trip becomes 2 hours. I've seen people buy houses in beautiful estates, only to realize they spend half their lives stuck in traffic because there's no alternative route.
Lesson: Before you buy property anywhere, visit during morning rush (7–9 a.m.) and evening rush (5–7 p.m.). If there's only one route and it's a nightmare, think twice, especially if you're buying to live there or targeting renters who work on the Island.
2. The "5-Minute Walk" Test Reveals the Real Neighborhood
Real estate agents love showing you the main road - the part with streetlights, good shops, and smooth asphalt. But I learned to judge neighborhoods by what happens when you turn into the inner streets.
Are the roads passable? Is there street lighting? Do you see women walking alone at 8 p.m., or is everywhere deserted and sketchy? What about drainage, does water gather in certain spots?
As an okada rider, I went into these inner streets daily. Some "luxury estates" have beautiful gates but the street behind them is a swamp when it rains. Some "rough neighborhoods" have incredibly tight-knit communities where your property is safer than in those fancy places.
Lesson: Walk (or ride) into the inner streets. That's where you'll find the truth about security, drainage, road quality, and whether people actually live well there or just manage.
3. Follow the Fuel Stations, Banks, and Markets
Wherever I saw new fuel stations popping up, banks opening branches, or markets expanding, I knew that area was growing for real, not just in theory. These businesses do serious research before they invest. If GTBank is opening a branch in an area, trust me, they've studied the population growth, income levels, and future potential.
I watched areas like Ajah, Sangotedo, and parts of Ikorodu transform this way. First, small markets appeared. Then a fuel station. Then banks. Then property prices doubled.
Lesson: Before big developers arrive and jack up prices, look for these early signals. When essential services start clustering in an area, that's your cue to buy before everyone else catches on.
4. Okada Bans Show You Which Areas Government is Watching
You know what's interesting? The okada bans weren't random. They happened first in areas government wanted to "clean up" or make more "organized"—areas they had bigger plans for. Lekki, VI, Ikoyi... these bans were a signal that these places were being repositioned.
Now, I'm not saying bans are good (they affected my livelihood), but as an investor, they told me something: government is paying attention here. Infrastructure upgrades usually follow.
Lesson: Watch where government restrictions and urban planning policies are being enforced. It's often a precursor to development, rising property values, and increased desirability.
5. Night Runs Taught Me About Security - The Hard Way
Some neighborhoods look great during the day but turn into something else at night. As someone who rode late-night shifts, I knew which areas I'd accept a trip to and which ones I'd politely decline, no matter the money.
Security isn't just about having an estate gate. It's about whether there are people on the streets at night, whether there's lighting, whether the police patrol, and whether locals look out for each other.
Lesson: Visit your target neighborhood at night before you buy - around 9 or 10 p.m. See how it feels. Talk to okada riders, security guards, and shop owners who are there after dark. They'll tell you the truth.
6. The Underrated Power of "Last Mile" Connectivity
You know what kills property value faster than anything? Poor last-mile access. I've seen beautiful houses that people struggled to rent out because okada was banned and there was no bus stop nearby, meaning residents had to trek 20–30 minutes to catch transport.
On the flip side, areas with multiple transport options - buses, okada (where allowed), keke, even ferries - always had higher demand and better rental yields.
Lesson: Before you buy, ask yourself: "If okada were banned tomorrow, how would people enter and exit this area?" If the answer is "they'd suffer," factor that into your decision.
7. Community Vibe Matters More Than You Think
Here's something agents won't tell you: some neighborhoods just have bad energy. As a rider, I felt it. Hostile gatemen. Rude residents. Streets where nobody greets each other. Those places had high tenant turnover because people didn't enjoy living there, even if the houses were nice.
Then there were areas where everyone knew everyone, people were friendly, and there was a sense of pride in the community. Those neighborhoods retained value and attracted long-term residents.
Lesson: Spend time in the area. Talk to people. Join the WhatsApp or Facebook group if there is one. A strong, positive community protects your investment better than any fence.
The Streets Don't Lie—Listen to Them
Real estate isn't just about land titles, square meters, and ROI calculations. It's about people, movement, daily life, and the unspoken rhythms of a neighborhood. My years riding okada gave me eyes to see beyond the brochures and sales pitches.
If there's one thing I want you to take away from this, it's this: do your ground research. Don't just rely on what the agent tells you or what looks good on Instagram. Visit. Observe. Ask the riders, the security guards, the shop owners, the people who live and work there every day. They know the truth.
The best property deals aren't always found in the fanciest areas—they're found where genuine growth is happening, where infrastructure is improving, and where communities are thriving.
And if you're ready to make a smart property move with someone who actually understands Lagos from the ground up, send a DM. Let's talk about your goals and find you a property that makes sense - not just on paper, but in real life.
Because at the end of the day, the streets taught me one thing: real value isn't advertised. You have to know where to look.

No. Men can cheat on their wives, had sex with other women and genuinely still love their wives. Women are not wired the same. If women are cheating but not leaving their husbands, it’s not an IF but a WHEN. Most likely they just haven’t found the upgraded branch to swing to…yet. Once women start cheating their respect for their husband is gone and the marriage is OVER.
