Bad advice. I'd rather use Claude and have me ask for permission all the time rather than let it run wild and untamed on my system. With the amount of CVEs running loose you REALLY want to make sure you know what your agents are doing.
Boris Cherny@bcherny

People often ask what my biggest tip is for getting the most out of Claude Code. These days my #1 tip is: use auto mode Auto mode means no more permission prompts. It is the key building block for multi-clauding: start a session, then while it runs, work on another session in parallel.

@KhalidWarsa Lol yeah I wonder what will happen though if AI is being used to spy on people?

This guy doesn't understand that the cost of compute will only increase and it'll be significant until it evens out. There is no data proving costs have dropped if anything GPT5.5 and Opus 4.7 are more expensive than their previous versions.
David J.@lordofblocks

@cryptorover Costs are dropping fast. The companies panicking right now will look back at 2026 pricing the way we look back at early cloud costs. Painful but temporary.

Honestly at this point you're just gonna have to wait and let people experience the pain themselves lol.

@just_adev @levelsio @TermiusHQ From what I have seen, AI is amazing for speeding things up, but human review and judgment still matter a lot once production systems are involved.

Many of the best researchers at OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta and other frontier labs are not U.S. citizens. They are in the U.S. on temporary visas while building the very systems Washington increasingly describes as critical to national security. Forcing them to leave the country to apply for a Green Card adds uncertainty, delays and risk to one of America’s biggest advantages: attracting the world’s best technical talent. I'm not American, so take this with a grain of salt. But from what I've researched, it makes many things significantly more complicated for OpenAI and Anthropic.
Homeland Security@DHSgov

An alien who is in the U.S. temporarily and wants a Green Card must return to their home country to apply. This policy allows our immigration system to function as the law intended instead of incentivizing loopholes. The era of abusing our nation’s immigration system is over.

@AdepetuTayo I don't think you understand how software works.. 😕 hence why I think you're a moron. It's usually the ignorant who make statements like this when they don't understand the nuances of the topic.

@haruncodes You’re just incapable of separating logic from emotion. That’s why you quickly said “moron” when you could have answered a simple question. Again, who are machines supposed to replace? Trees?

@btcethbtc @ashtonteng That's the thing.. H1-Bs here on fraud abusing the system. It's unfortunate that you have to suffer because "a certain population from a certain country" keeps abusing the system.

@ashtonteng You should be eligible for O visa (extraordinary ability) and not an EB. Too many people are doing QA and Java coding in H1-B waiting for Green cards, which is now automated with AI.

@altf4andrei @DHSgov Take a look at the majority of those who don't break the law.. which countries do they usually come from ? Now look at the ones who do. Target those nations first. (And no it's not Mexico.)

@DHSgov Terrible idea. A lot of immigrants, and their US spouses won’t bother coming to the country. And this is the legal immigrants you want here. I would have moved to Europe with my spouse if that were the case.

As much as I like your takes Theo. I think you should take a step back and really dive into the circus of fraud committed by repeat offender countries.. It's unfortunate for the few who come to the US legally.
Theo - t3.gg@theo

This sucks. America should welcome greatness. Builders, innovators, and creators should have a fast path to citizenship. I can’t fathom why we would make life harder for founders starting billion dollar companies that want to anchor themselves in the US.

if you're still writing typescript, you're ngmi. everyone i know who is on the most advanced ai usage has already moved to coffeescript. it is BY FAR the most token efficient language of all time AND it makes the agent act like it's loaded on caffeine

Y'all know how dangerous this could be lol. Imagine getting mugged and having someone using codex on your phone to pull down some malicious code that steals all your data including password, credit cards etc.
