@shereenabhani @ikonaissi 2) Literature provides some evidence but lacks clear confirmation. Interestingly, these patients were eligible to receive TKIs based on genetic testing, which are known for their ocular toxicity effects as well. There may be something worth investigating regarding this topic.

@shereenabhani @ikonaissi 1) I also believe that there may be a link between the diagnosis of lung cancer and a history of eye disorders. Within my dataset of lung cancer patients, a considerable number exhibited rare eye disorders at the baseline, which caught my attention.

Ocular toxicity can happen at anytime with systemic anticancer treatment but mostly within the the first 150 days @ikonaissi #OPC23
