I still don't know which one is better: OpenClaw or Hermes.
Every time I ask somebody, I get a different answer.
This is looking like a "Claude Code vs Codex" discussion: everyone has a favorite.

MacBook Pro M5 Max 64Gb OpenClaw: 203k tokens, 12m 01s - wrote a bash script Hermes: 257k tokens, 33m 01s - wrote a SKILL.md OpenClaw hit GitHub API, got truncated responses, paginated through contributors, pulled star-history JSON, found a security incident in OpenClaw's history, fetched SVGs, fixed broken HTML from trimming, rewrote it clean. Hermes parallel tool calls across GitHub API, web search, and browser. Hit Google rate limit, auto-switched to DuckDuckGo. Fetched article contents, mapped viral moments, then built the dashboard. Both shipped a live dashboard with star growth charts and spike annotations

Claude Code is down. Very bad.
This weekend I completed work that, just 4 months ago, would have taken an entire scrum team a month to finish. I was about to start what would’ve been the second month of work… until this happened.
Is it apparent that i got addicted to Claude 😂 ?

@KaiXCreator Focus on buyer journey, and jobs to be done. If they can get one job done and then you make them decide on payment options. It will definitely help you improve CR. Its more about flows and reducing friction than any of the options you listed.

@sflorimm If you are just starting, lifetime deals are better, if you have alot of AI features with variable costs, better to go with PAYG. Otherwise, subscriptions are still the winner for me.
