The Hashgraph Group and Truesense have filed a European patent application for Continuous Identity Trust Infrastructure (CITI), a cryptographic framework that proves where and when an event happened and who was present, without exposing personal or location data. CITI pairs centimetre-accurate location sensing with decentralised digital identity, from financial services to sports and entertainment. As the EU introduces Digital Product Passports from 2026, companies must prove where a product comes from, and that it is genuine. Products are scanned and their authenticity is confirmed, signed, and recorded on @hedera. Already demonstrated in a supply chain pilot, and built to work across foods, pharmaceuticals, luxury goods, and beyond.
