May all these children be returned to their parents the same way. May we all witness our hearts cry out of joy at that sight in paradise, as our hearts burn with the tears of anguish at the sight of their loss in this world.

The greatest solace is God promising to give them back to them in the highest of paradise like He gave Moses mother her son. Her belief never wavered. Her certainty in God can only console the void in her heart. This is what carries every believer parent. Nothing else.
