But from 2020, there were simply not enough tourists or office workers to sustain sales in any meaningful way. Despite some attempts to pivot, it was clear we had lost 96% of our revenues for 2021. 3/4

We were very sorry to hear of our colleagues in @hatchandsons having to close. But, of course, you can still visit Peaches and Domini's restaurants @EditionCafe and Hugh Brown's in BTs, @TheCommonsMoLI and @ItsaCafes and @joesdublin.

One of my fondest memories of experiencing an elevated Irish menu, highlighting the potential of Irish food was @hatchandsons .Always loved bringing people here to showcase how good simple Irish food can be. Such a loss. Hopefully this excellent concept can find a new home.
