@LexoLuthoro Same, I'm not one to need to use body doubling to get chores done but I understand why it's good for some. I find having someone there while I do chores very distracting, my trauma brain wants me to focus on their needs not my own.

just learned about "body doubling" for folks with ADHD and holy shit my need for company while working makes SO MUCH SENSE NOW. It's always been so hard to write alone and it turns out I just need another body in the room
