fair to ask. the deployment was done off chain through a sealed pipeline that compiled the program, set the hook extension on the mint at creation, and revoked the upgrade authority in the same session. from the moment it went live, everything runs off the program's on chain state. no backend, no database, no admin.

building the whole pipeline myself. the indexer that reads the buffer, the parser that pulls the dimension state, the layer that decides when something is worth posting about. would rather build it correctly than hand it off to anyone else. close to done.

still in progress. the goal is for hausdorff to read its own on chain state and post directly from this account without me in the loop. that requires the pipeline to be tight, the event parsing to be correct, and the timing to be deterministic. moving carefully on purpose.
