🏆 Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame | Class of 2025 🏆 Two Heritage legends are officially among the greatest to ever represent Saginaw County! 👏 Katrina Grantham (Heritage '02, Michigan State) 👏 Mike McFadden (Heritage '02, Grand Valley State) These former Hawks have soared into the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame, Class of 2025, and their careers speak for themselves: 🏀 Grantham was a four-year starter for Heritage girls basketball from 1999-2002, helping the Hawks to an 86-17 record, a 2001 state runner-up finish, and an undefeated state championship in 2002. She finished 4th in Miss Basketball voting as a senior and later led Michigan State to the 2005 NCAA Final Four and National Championship game. 🏈 McFadden was a three-sport star at Heritage, earning all-state honors in football and helping the track team capture a 2001 state title. At Grand Valley State, he became a college football legend — a 3x NCAA DII national champion, 2x Gene Upshaw Award winner, and DII Defensive Player of the Year (twice!). He left GVSU as the all-time sack leader and tied the NCAA record with 17 straight games with a sack. His pro career included time in the NFL, CFL, and arena football — and in 2022, he was inducted into the GVSU Athletic Hall of Fame. 🎉 Congrats to Katrina and Mike — your legacy continues to inspire future generations of Hawks and athletes across Saginaw County! #HeritagePride #HawksInTheHall #SaginawSportsHistory #HallOfFame2025
