@poggu__ CS2's lag compensation feels horrible compared to CS:GO or Valorant.

if lag compensation didn't exist, pretty much every single time you'd shoot someone on your screen, you'd miss. You'd have to preaim whereever the server actually sees the player. This is also why demos are off, they don't show you what the player with latency sees.

community servers can technically strip subtick information from usercmds and ignore it, I wonder why no server does that when apparently subtick is the single worst thing about cs2, maybe because subtick isn't the problem behind everything people complain about.
