Our 2026 playbook has been our most downloaded resource this year. We've updated it with new chapters added - including a full breakdown of Meta's algorithm update published 31 March 2026, the rise of personas, partnership ads, AI UGC and how the next wave of ugc is developing. The same frameworks behind £600M+ in revenue across the DTC brands we work with. Four pillars: Meta, TikTok, AI, and Creative. Platform mechanics. Account structures. AI workflows. The creative formats actually driving incremental growth right now. Retweet this post and comment "2026" and I'll send it over.

this cowork agent knows which ads will print money 😱 here's the system that knows what meta doesn't: step 1: pull the raw data → pulls @Meta ads, GA4 + your source of truth (ie @hubspot, @Calendly or a csv) → assumes broken UTMs, disconnected tools, no data eng step 2: map ads by angle → agent re-groups every ad by MESSAGE family (teardown, save-time, founder-led, etc.) → your best message is usually scattered across 3 campaigns + 2 audiences. meta can't see that. → now you can answer the only thing that matters: which angle is producing $ step 3: score buyers not clicks → not CTR. not CPL. not ROAS. → bookings. signups. revenue. whatever moves YOUR business. → 4 questions every day: what's real, what's fake, what's leaking, what's underfed step 4: the 4 outcome truths → REAL WINNER: strong clicks + strong buyers = scale → FAKE WINNER: strong clicks + garbage buyers = cut. no hesitation. → LEAK: good ad + broken page = rebuild page → UNDERFED: quiet crusher at 9% of budget = feed it step 5: find what's breaking → tells you exactly where it breaks: ad, page, or follow-through → last week it caught a founder-psychology ad landing on a generic SaaS page converting 34% below account average → not "something's off." but specific. actionable. step 6: 1 minute brief → 60 seconds brief. lands in cowork/telegram → every rec ships with a confidence tag. low data = no rec step 7: memory that compounds → week 1 finds the obvious fake winners → week 4 it pre-flags curiosity hooks before they become the next fake winner → every cycle is smarter than the last input: meta account + GA4 + one outcome source output: real winners. fake winners. leaks. what to do next. the old way: → triple whale: $300/mo → northbeam: $500/mo → hyros: $500/mo → data analyst: $8K/mo = $9,300/mo of "it depends" this: $0 I packaged the entire system as the Outcome Kit. 3 claude cowork agents + 12 skills: - data reader (meta + GA4 + outcomes. source truth only) - diagnostician (angle mapping + 4 outcome truths scoring) - brief writer (concrete moves + pattern memory) also works with @openclaw and hermes (@nousresearch). giving it away free. comment MONEY + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

We replaced a $500K/year marketing team with 15 TikTok Shop AI Agents. We built a fully automated system that repurposes, localizes, and launches winning TikTok Shop content across hundreds of creator-style accounts. It’s so effective it feels like running Facebook ads in 2008. - CPMs as low as $0.10 - no reliance on paid ads - no ghost creators - no wasted samples - no lost time My $300/monthly tech stack which replaced $50k+ budget: - Claude Cowork for product research and viral script ideas - Arcads or manus for images - Arcads or Heygen for video - reel farm for static image carousels Here’s how our 3 step system works: 1. We set up your AI creator engine so it can make videos and posts for your TikTok Shop nonstop. 2. We post and test new TikToks every day, finding what gets the most views, clicks, and sales. 3. We scale the winners by running more of what works and pushing it to your shoppable pages and ads to grow your GMV. No touchpoints. No delays. Just shoppable videos going live and GMV compounding every week. Then we use an MPS (Multi-Platform Swarm) approach: once the concept works on TikTok Shop, we deploy hundreds of AI Agents to flood the niche with variations that all drive back to your Shop. I’m giving you access to the full stack — all 24 AI Agents, ready to plug into your TikTok Shop workflow today. Comment “Agent” and I’ll send you everything. (must be connected) PS – Repost for early access to the full 15-Agent TikTok Shop system.

We broke down the paid media funnel of a brand that hit a $1.8B valuation. Most beauty brands on Meta are producing creative for one type of buyer. Glossier are producing creative for an identity. That distinction explains everything about how they scale without ever looking like they're selling. We broke down their entire paid media system. Here's what it actually looks like when a community-first brand commits fully to persona-led creative and builds a structure that Andromeda was made for. The breakdown covers: - How their UGC-heavy, multi-format approach feeds Meta's algorithm with the creative signal density it needs to find the right buyer at the right moment - Why scaling a brand built on identity and community requires a fundamentally different creative strategy to a traditional beauty brand - How they maintain premium positioning and cultural cachet while producing the creative variation Andromeda demands across every stage of the funnel - The distinct psychological role each format plays (UGC, high-production launch creative, sensory content, statics, comment reply) and why pulling any one of them out breaks the system - Why persona-led creative is the only sustainable growth model for a brand like this, and what it teaches us about scaling in one of the most oversaturated consumer categories in the world Retweet this post and comment GLOSSIER and I'll send it over.

the opportunity's AI UGC opened up for affiliate is absolutely insane I built an AI UGC system to promote sweeps offers on Glitchy just using Arcads + Claude Cowork Claude literally: > Scans TikTok / Reddit based on what I'm promoting > Generates me 50 hooks using this information > Creates me a full script based on the hooks > Uses the Arcads API to decide what tools to use for the script and generates the video > Then will analyse what hooks did well and which didn't and change the hook or CTA based on that information I can literally sleep while it cooks me up a weeks worth of content I made a full guide on how to set Claude Cowork up to generate videos with Arcads if you want it comment "UGC" and i'll send it to you (Must be following so i can DM you)

We've currently launched over 3k ads in the last 7 days, not slop, perfect static imagery using @alexgoughcooper's framework. Although one difference we make to ensure every ad is perfect, is the framework below. 👇 The funniest part is, you can tell Claude to make it for you, it usually comes out perfect from just the URL, but it cuts hallucinations down by 90%. Comment 'STATICS' for the full framework.

I just built a Claude skill that audits your entire Google Ads account in under 5 minutes 🤯 One prompt → a full account score, wasted spend breakdown, and a prioritized fix list telling you exactly what to change this week. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are running Google Ads but have no idea how much budget is leaking. If you're managing Google Ads and your "optimization" process is logging in, staring at the dashboard, sorting by cost, and hoping you spot the problem before it costs you another $500... This audit skill finds it for you: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Scores your account across 6 dimensions: wasted spend, search term quality, keyword health, quality scores, budget allocation, and creative performance → Calculates your exact wasted spend in dollars — search terms burning budget with zero conversions → Flags quality score issues dragging up your CPCs → Identifies keyword cannibalization across campaigns → Surfaces your top 5 highest-priority fixes ranked by budget impact → Generates a clean audit report you can hand to a client or share with your team No CSV exports. No pivot tables. No guessing where the money went. What you get: → A single Claude skill file you install once → An account health score (0-100) every time you run it → Exact dollar amount of wasted spend identified → Prioritized action list — not "optimize your account," but "pause these 12 search terms and save $847/month" → Works with any Google Ads account connected I'm giving away the full audit skill — the actual .md file you drop into Claude and run against your own account. Want it? Like this post Comment "SKILL" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I just vibe-coded a Meta ad research app in Claude Code 🤯 One keyword search → winning ads analyzed, creative briefs generated, trends mapped, and 10 ad variations written for your brand. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still doing competitor ad research manually inside the Meta Ad Library. If you're clicking through ads one by one, watching videos, taking notes in a Google Doc, trying to reverse-engineer what's working, and then rewriting briefs from scratch every time... This app eliminates the entire loop: → Search and filter winning Facebook ads by niche, country, language, and performance tier → Watch video ads inline without leaving the app → Fetch top-performing ads and generate a full creative brief tailored to your brand → Run a trend radar across 100+ ads to see which formats, CTAs, and landing pages are dominating your niche → Pick any winning video ad and Gemini watches it, reverse-engineers the creative DNA, and generates 10 new ad variations for your product No scrolling the Ad Library for hours. No manual note-taking. No rewriting briefs from scratch. What you get: → Creative briefs generated from real winning ads in your niche → Trend analysis with format distribution, top CTAs, landing page intel, and AI insights → 10 brand-specific ad variations from any winning video — with hooks, scripts, and Nano Banana prompts → A full app you host in Replit and customize for your team Built 100% in Claude Code with the @gethookdai API + Gemini. I put together a free playbook with every prompt I used to build this app from scratch, so you can build it yourself. BREAKING: Claude can now run your entire ecom brand tiktok like a $500/hour social media manager. I reverse-engineered how top social media brands use AI to build million-follower accounts. Here’s the crazy part: This system produces 550+ cinematic, product-ready ads per day from a single prompt. Here’s the full pipeline: → AI generates a realistic UGC persona — face, voice, personality → Arcads clones a natural voiceover in seconds → CapCut auto-edits: captions, pacing, hooks — done → our phone farm method pushes every finished video straight to TikTok Shop → Cruva Social 1 identifies which hooks are already winning in your niche before you film anything The result: 500+ videos a month, per brand, at a fraction of what one UGC creator used to cost. Most brands are still paying $300–500 per video. Testing 10 hooks takes $5,000 and three weeks. With this system, you test 100 hooks in the same timeframe. The ones that win get scaled. Automatically. AI is the new creative director. TikTok doesn’t reward the best video. It rewards the brand that shows up the most — with content that converts. Static agencies are dead. Creator dependency is a liability… and it’s soooo 2025. No more waiting on creators. No more $500 videos that flop after 200 views. The brands that automate content at scale will be the biggest winners of 2026. If you want the full breakdown: Like & comment “SYSTEM” I’ll send you the complete workflow, every prompt, and a step-by-step walkthrough. Free. (Follow first so I can DM.)

nano banana pro + n8n = 500+ production-ready ads per week most brands test 5-10 ad concepts per week and pray one hits meanwhile brands like @ridgewallet are testing 200+ daily, feeding the algo more data, and winning. this automation closes that gap here's how it works: - watches your competitors' facebook ads (@adrian_horning_) and scores them by performance (days running × variations = money printers) - feeds winners to @GeminiApp to decode the psychology (emotional hooks, visual strategy, social proof angles) - rebuilds that psychology for your brand with @NanoBanana - generates variations with your exact colors, fonts, and voice delivers 200+ options for your team to curate your creative team stops producing from scratch. they curate and elevate the best perfect for dtc brands, agencies, and growth teams who need creative volume without sacrificing quality want the complete 3-part automation with workflow files? comment ADS + like this post (must be following so i can dm you)

I run my meta ads with @openclaw for $0/month 😱 here's the system that runs autonomously: step 1: daily health check → social-cli (major shoutout to @vishalojha_me) wraps @Meta's marketing API (token refresh, pagination, rate limits all handled) → am I on track? what's running? who's winning? who's bleeding? any fatigue? → the same 5 questions I asked Ads Manager every morning for 20 years step 2: catch dying ads before CPA spikes → @OpenClaw pulls daily frequency by ad → frequency > 3.5 = audience is cooked, CTR is about to drop → this one signal saves more money than any dashboard step 3: auto-pause bleeders + shift budget to winners → CPA > 2.5x target for 48hrs? auto-pause. no hesitation. → ranks every campaign by efficiency. recommends shifting spend. → last fri it paused an $87 CPA campaign at 3am and scaled my best performer 30% step 4: write new ad copy from your winners → agent analyzes what's working (hooks, angles, CTAs) → generates variations based on the patterns in YOUR top performers → copy modeled on what already converts in your account. step 5: upload ads directly to your account → new creative + copy → live in @Meta Ads Manager → no more downloading, formatting, clicking through the upload flow → agent handles the entire publish cycle step 6: content concepts + morning brief → spots patterns across winners and suggests what to test next → delivers everything to Telegram, Slack, wherever you want it → 90 seconds to read. reply "approved." done. input: your ad account + your target CPA output: an AI that monitors, kills, scales, writes, AND uploads your ads dozens of hours in ad manager → 1 text message I packaged the entire system as the Meta Ads Kit. 5 @OpenClaw skills: - meta-ads (daily checks + auto-pause) - ad-creative-monitor (fatigue detection) - budget-optimizer (efficiency scoring + shift recs) - ad-copy-generator (writes variations from your winners) - ad-upload (publishes creative directly to your account) giving it away free. comment ADS + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)

The best performing ad format on Meta right now? Female yapper ads. Raw. Minimal editing. Just talking to camera. Why it works: - Blends into organic content (doesn't feel like an ad) - Authenticity builds instant trust - Holds attention longer (feels like storytelling) - Algorithm loves high watch-through rates = lower CPMs We're seeing 3-4x ROAS on these vs polished hi prod ads. Want to make it print even harder? Set up partnership ads and whitelist the creator's account. Now it runs FROM their profile, not your brand page. Shows as "Sarah · Sponsored" instead of "YourBrand · Sponsored" Same creative. Same budget. 20-30% better performance. People engage with it like organic content because it IS from a real person's account. Like + comment "ME" and I'll send over an example that's ripping right now for a brand doing $1m/month.

@ecomshreddie Great question honestly. I do have a pipeline I use with 5 phases of a brand. Phase 1-3 being a lot of work and foundational stuff. So ideally not having 2 brands at the same time that aren’t matured. But in reality it’s just the chaos of entrepreneurship.

It's time. I need to tell you this. For the last 3 years, I've been studying great companies that run ads profitably. I've learned so much about creative strategy. It's the missing piece to unlock scale and profitability. It helped me collectively grow revenue for a total $50mn+ for my clients. Quick story.. Last month, Aniruddha Mishra and I were deep in a conversation about why most brands struggle with creative strategy. And here’s what we realized… It’s not the lack of ideas. There’s this chaos between having to analyze performance data, figure out what buyers want, and still produce creatives that actually convert. After spending hours discussing these issues. Boom! We noticed a pattern. The marketers who consistently win? They look at the ad creative from three angles: > The data-driven media buyer’s performance lens > The creative strategist’s testing framework > The ops scalability framework Most people get stuck with just one. That’s why their system feels incomplete. So we decided to fix that. With creativeadstrategy dot com. This Bootcamp is a good fit for: > You already run ads (or have experience running them) > Your business is in DTC, SaaS, education, health, lead gen, or apps > You want a proven creative system, not just scattered tips If you're interested in comment below, and we'll add you to the waitlist. We're only accepting 40 folks for this cohort.
