I had the pleasure of receiving His Excellency Mr. Sem Fabrizi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy to Ethiopia. We engaged in a constructive dialogue focused on further strengthening the longstanding cooperation between Ethiopia and Italy. In particular, we exchanged views on the ongoing institutional reform within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia, being currently implemented under the three-year Institutional Reform Program (2026–2028). Recognizing Italy's extensive expertise in this domain, we agreed to enhance our collaboration in institutional capacity building and human resource development. በኢትዮጵያ የጣሊያን ሪፐብሊክ አምባሳደር የሆኑትን ክቡር ሴም ፋብሪዚን ዛሬ ግንቦት 14 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በፅህፈት ቤቴ ተቀብዬ አናግሬያለሁ። በውይይታችን በኢትዮጵያ እና በጣሊያን ሪፐብሊክ መካከል ያለውን ነባር ትብብር ይበልጥ ማጠናከር በሚቻልባቸው ጉዳዮች ላይ ፍሬያማና ገንቢ ውይይት አካሂደናል። ውይይታችን የኢትዮጵያ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ከ2018 እስከ 2020 ዓ.ም ተግባራዊ እያደረገው በሚገኘው የሶስት ዓመት የሪፎርም መርሃ-ግብር አማካኝነት እያካሄደው በሚገኘው ተቋማዊ ሪፎርም ዙሪያ ሰፊና ፍሬያማ ሃሳብ የተለዋወጥን ሲሆን፣ በተቋም ግንባታ እና ሰው ሀብት ልማት ረገድ ጣልያን ያላትን ለዘመናት የዳበረ ተሞክሮ በተቋማዊ አቅም ግንባታ እና በሰው ኃይል ልማት መስኮች ድጋፋቸውን እንደሚያደርጉልን ገልጸውልናል።
