The biggest SIN Warner Bros made when it came to their CBMs is never leaning into the DCEU nomenclature
The fans called it that, the media called it that, but Jim Lee and those at DC Films could never call it that.
The fans gave them a name that is similar but different to the MCU, and they rejected it.
So now they call it the DCU, and it doesn't sound as good...it sounds like a copycat from Marvel.
This is the reason why Marvel will always be victorious.
DC cannot hold true to one identity. They have to keep reinventing until something works.
If they aren't going to adapt the ABSOLUTE universe of comics into films (which is WHAT is selling like hotcakes right now), then what the fuck are they doing?

James Gunn could never, and would never be able to pull off a scene this good as Batman messing those guys up in BvS.
10 years later and we're still talking about this scene, that is how iconic it is.
No shade Gunn's talents, but this...this ain't it.

Is great the ‘Assembly Cut’ is finally streaming. But if you are gonna stream a version of ALIEN3, I would recommend streaming the A34K ‘LEGACY CUT’ (in 4K), by far my favorite cut of the movie and is free! I choose to buy the disc (you can find copies on Etsy and eBay), this is a good choice for people who don't have the hardware to burn discs or just lazy as I am. Is a 4K UltraHD disc and as I bonus I got the 'Assembly Cut' in 4K too! I'll post the 'LEGACY CUT' trailer in the comments
