Umar ibn al-Khattab (رضي الله عنه) said: “We are a people whom Allah honored through Islam; if we seek honor through anything else, Allah will humiliate us.” -Al-Mustadrak, al-Hakim, 1/130.

Annabi (ﷺ) ya ce: “Duk mutumin da Allah Ya ba shi amanar shugabancin wasu mutane, amma bai kula da su cikin gaskiya da amana ba, ba zai ma ji ƙamshin Aljanna ba.” -Sahih al-Bukhari, 7150

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Any man whom Allah has entrusted with the authority over people, but does not look after them honestly and sincerely, will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise.” -Sahih al-Bukhari, 7150

Ibn Hajar (رحمه الله) ya ce: “Abin da yake bayyana game da dalilin da ya sa kwanaki goma na Dhul-Hijjah suka fifita shi ne, saboda manyan ibadu duk sun haɗu a cikinsu; wato sallah, azumi, sadaka, da Hajji. Wannan bai haɗu a wani lokaci daban na shekara ba.” -Fath al-Bari, 3/291

Ibn Hajar (رحمه الله) said: “What appears to be the reason the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are distinguished is that all the major acts of worship are combined within them: prayer, fasting, charity, and Hajj. This does not occur at any other time of the year.” -Fath al-Bari, 3/291

Annabi (ﷺ) ya ce: “A ƙarshen zamani wasu mutane za su bayyana suna neman abin duniya ta hanyar addini, suna rikitar da mutane. Fatar jikinsu tana da laushi kamar ta tumaki, maganganunsu sun fi sukari zaƙi, amma zukatansu kamar zukatan kerkeci suke.” -Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 2404

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Men will appear near the end of time who seek worldly life through religion, confusing the people. Their skin is as soft as sheep, their words are sweeter than sugar, yet their hearts are like the hearts of wolves.” -Sunan al-Tirmidhi, 2404

Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud (رضي الله عنه) ya yi wa ɗansa nasiha: “Ya ɗana, ina yi maka wasiyya da ka kasance mai tsoron Allah a kowane lokaci, ka kame harshenka, ka yi kuka saboda zunubanka, kuma gidanka ya ishe ka.” -Kitab al-Zuhd, Ibn Abi Asim, lamba ta 35.

Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud (رضي الله عنه) advised his son: “My son, I advise you to always be mindful of Allah, restrain your tongue, weep over your sins, and let your home suffice you.” Kitab al-Zuhd, Ibn Abi Asim, no. 35.

Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas (رضي الله عنه) ya ce wa ɗansa: “Ya ɗana, idan kana neman arziki, ka neme shi ta hanyar wadatuwa da abin da kake da shi. Lalle ne idan ba ka da wadatar zuci, kuɗi ba za su taɓa wadatar da kai ba.” -Uyun al-Akhbar, 3/186.

Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas (رضي الله عنه) said to his son: “O my son, when you seek wealth, seek it through contentment. Indeed, if you are not content, money will never enrich you.” -Uyun al-Akhbar, 3/186

Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya (رحمه الله) ya ce: “Mata (mata na aure) suna daga cikin abubuwan farin cikin zuciya; shi ya sa ake kuma ɗaukarsu a matsayin tushen farin cikin rai.” -Rawdat al-Muhibbin, shafi na 217

Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya (رحمه الله) said: “Women (wives) are a cause of happiness for the heart; that is why they are also considered a source of happiness for the soul.” -Rawdat al-Muhibbin, p. 217

Annabi Muhammad (ﷺ ) ya ce: “Ya kamata matashi ya gaishe da babba, mai wucewa ya gaishe da wanda yake zaune, sannan ƙaramin rukuni ya gaishe da babban rukuni.” -Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadisi na 5835

Al-Fudayl ibn Iyad (رحمه الله) ya ce: “Zai zo a ƙarshen zamani wasu mutane; a fili za su zama ’yan’uwa, amma a ɓoye maƙiya ne.” -Siyar al-Salaf na Abul Qasim al-Asbahani (Qawwam as-Sunnah), 3/33

Al-Allaamah Salih Al-Fawzan (حفظه الله) said: “If a man marries a righteous woman, he will live a peaceful and harmonious life, even if he is poor.” -Al-ittihaf, 853

The wife of Sa’id ibn al-Musayyab (رحمهما الله) said: “We did not used to speak to our husbands except in the way you speak to your rulers, saying: ‘May Allah rectify you! May Allah protect you!’” -Hilyatul Awliya, 5/198
