Changing departments purely to avoid having to work with one manager always feels excessive when I tell people about it, but hearing that yet another capable competent person has been added to their trail of destruction makes me so glad I moved.

@bomberbandwagon It really is, and there doesn't seem to be any cure in sight. So much talk about "respect at work" and even posters (?!) but no actual behavioural changes from any snr mgt.
