@HomeDepot So I spent $1800 on a new generator to be delivered to my house on 3/27. Original delivery date of 4/3 came and went. Contacted HD and got a new date of Monday, 4/6. No delivery. Now told by their carrier they have it and will text with delivery info. 4/8 nothing!!

@HomeDepot you guys may be one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with regarding deliveries. I have thousands of dollars of lumber that was supposed to be delivered around 9:00am and here it is 8:15pm and nothing. Not like I needed the lumber for a deck or anything.

Spent $2800 online @HomeDepot, shipper AAA Cooper @knight_swift is going to deliver whenever they feel like it, not when promised on website. Weather perfect. Sitting 2 hours away since Wed at 5 am. 4th new target is Tuesday 1-7. Store says they are terrible and don't trust it.

@HomeDepot why do these new ecosmart bulbs where you can select the brightness keep flickering?? This is the second set I’ve had (different types of bulbs) where it happens. No trouble with the older bulbs that weren’t not “selectable”.

@HomeDepot help!! we ordered an appliance over a month ago. It was installed incorrectly w/ missing and damaged pieces. HD said they would replace it, but after 10 calls and hours on the phone with support, we still don’t have a COI for delivery and have to postpone once again.
