Having just moved over to Verizon I’m shocked at how poor your customer service is. Customer service suoervisor hangs up on me for sharing I am not driving 15 miles to get your fault fixed. #verizon #fail

@Walmart time to evaluate your support services. It should not take multiple calls for your team to understand Fedex do not accept using the same label on multiple boxes. Also deferring your customers to deal with sellers directly is a complete fail. I purchased from you!
