There is no option of selecting Direct Growth option for a 1st time investor. While using the @HDFCMF app Only reinvest IDCW & payout IDCW option is available after choosing the fund. Then only it takes us to create folio. Such a pathetic and unprofessional app.

Must say @hdfcmf has one of the most s h i tty apps especially for new MF investors with em. After 2-3 attempts they restrict our attempts for KYC update by PAN/Aadhaar verification thru Digilocker. Msg pops up "You have exceeded OTP generation limit" & can't even take screenshot

Never invest money @hdfcmf . They are the worst service providers . The stupid app demands bank a/c details which were closed 15 years ago. Later went to branch and gave paper a wek ago. Zero action. Losing money for their mkstake.
