We often assess the relationship between #poverty and #health by using measures of #income. However, #poverty can also be defined using measures of #wealth (net worth = total assets - debts). People can be poor in terms of net worth - even if they are not income poor. Brief 🧵

@GYamey @hdsper01 I participated in a poverty simulation and even as a poverty lawyer, was somewhat surprised with how much anxiety I felt. No doubt that constant stress impacts cognition and literally every other aspect of life. Important work by your colleague. TY for sharing
