i should stop good omens posting but actually the finale was so bad that it’s somehow reignited my enthusiasm for the actually good parts of the show

the pacing in the finale is obviously really bad but the ending is such a colossal misstep that i have a hard time believing it would have justified itself with 6 episodes

another thing i hate about the finale is god implying that she planned the whole aziraphale and crowley thing. that was never implied through the whole show and the special thing about their relationship was that they kept going against what they were supposed to do
