I just pulled the latest state of @TYPO3Rector and it's truly amazing how much work the community put into it at their sprint! Thanks a lot to everybody that participated!

Using @TYPO3Rector is always a dilemma. It's amazing how much it changes and then sometimes I'm unsure if it is correct. I then often check what the rule looks like and see that i built it 2 years ago - then I'm even more unsure 😂 but in the end I learn something new once again

Throwback to the times @DanielFau had to carry me a little bit more than nowadays 😂 Happy birthday Chef!

@HiddenTraxTYPO3 Important note, that this only happens with the according TCA existing 😂 First time i heard this, i deleted the ext_tables.sql and fields got lost on upgrade 1 year later, because i did not check the docs fully, but got catched by the initial phrase "automatic"

@spooner_web In my case the upgrade is often the reason for everything that's not how it should be on the website. This basically comes from the customer checking his page the first time for several years

Currently working on an upgrade an still blown away by @TYPO3Rector even after working with and on it for some time now.. PHP, YAML, TypoScript.. Classes, TCA or general config.. it simply does not care and reworks everything it detects. #TYPO3
