@Lap_surgeon Chana and paneer have decent proteins in them. Just do basic workouts and you don't need to worry about any of the nonsense this doctor says. Diet is important but more so your physical activity which has a direct impact on your metabolism. The doctor here is biased.

Why do cars keep bobbing up and down on Indian highways? You can clearly notice it from the way the camera shakes in both videos! Even on one of the biggest expressways the Amritsar–Jamnagar Highway the ride feels bumpy. Honestly, it seems like we still haven’t mastered maintaining proper straightness and leveling. You don’t usually see this kind of unevenness on six-lane highways in many other countries. We need to admit that we still have a lot to improve when it comes to highway engineering!

I am not sure. Some of the German expressways I have driven on seemed at par with what we have - especially the tar covered roads. In a lot of places in India, you have heavy rains so the tar covered roads get potholes quickly and so the best roads are bare concrete. These definitely don’t have a smooth ride but the issue is our weather.
