A 30-yr-old man is in custody for this afternoon's fatal shooting in the parking lot of the KFC on Rosa L. Parks Blvd. It took place after a verbal dispute between the shooter, who was accompanied by his unleashed dog, & the 40-yr-old victim. They didn't know each other.
