I've learned that at the core, people want to be seen. They want to be heard, and they want to find comraderie in their struggles. Thankful for all the times I was able to not only bare my truth, but invite others to do the same.
7. Create Empty Space
There is beauty in those moments of doing nothing. Don't allow your calendar to be filled to the rim this year! Be intentional on creating that open space, even if that means taking a mental health day, PTO, etc.
6. Prioritize Self-Care
Your needs matter, and it shows when those needs go unmet. Listen to your body and figure out what you need to thrive consistently.
Hey, life is hard, and it's even harder when we pretend that it isn't. Whether it's therapy or not, I pray in 2023 you can be more authentic about your feelings, and find a safe space to process those emotions.
