@healy_world Hope you can help! I have just bought the Healy advisor app and it is not showing as an active subscription yet on the app (the buttons are greyed out). When can I expect this to be activated so I can use the advisor app please?

@healy_world Hi, I have just logged back in and it’s still not working. As you can see from the picture, it is still greyed out. In addition, I have noticed on the settings section of the advisor app by device is not listed there. I have used the same email address for all purchases.

- A new window will open with MY ACCOUNT login (use your email or username and password) - After you click the login button, the Dashboard and Support Center will open in a new window - You will see your old tickets and you can open new ones if needed

Where to find support? The support center in the new Healy Website is fully functioning. - Go to HealyWorld.net - Choose your continent (Europe, USA, Asia, Australia) - Find the SUPPORT tab (between ABOUT US and JOIN US) - Select Support Center (below FAQ tab)

You can find the Compensation Plan Brochures in all languages in your download section in your new back-office. The training will go live in the academy in the next coming weeks.
