I’ll text my uncle every so often and ask what he’s up to and he’ll send back shit like this. Meh, just built a giant stainless steel cactus and drank 18 gallons of coors light

Your old stories aren't obstacles to your spiritual growth—they ARE your spiritual growth. The moment you recognize them as sacred curriculum rather than random suffering, you transform from victim to spiritual alchemist, turning the lead of your pain into the gold of your wisdom. However you define spirit, they are your ascension to the best version of you.

Does anyone know why the storm that has been hovering in SD, swirling in place like me after heartbreak? My plants in MN that have been told water is coming for 2 days now are pissed and I would like to calm them down.

When I released the energetic bonds that kept me held in past experiences, my whole life became brighter. Like a lot brighter I help people do this because it’s hard for me to see people suffer when I know they are just a few steps away from a clearing of the slate. Think shaking the etch a sketch

Do you ever just want to quit your job and design coffee shops, cafes and tiny houses in the desert? I do, and today is one of those days.

@tonyabbacchi How we talk to ourselves is the most important thing we can do to start the process of deep growth.

You can do more than you ever thought you could if you would simply think more of yourself.

In 10 years dedicated to spirituality, not once have I heard someone say “I meditated tons and that was all I needed”. We need *insight*. This requires interacting with someone who’s already seen what we need to see.

@SteGra2000 Right, but when we cling to it, it does define us until we face it, release it and move forward I always appreciate your responses, Stephan.

@heatherappert What a powerful reminder! Our past shapes us, but it doesn't define us. Embracing that change unlocks true potential.

I believe that you are not your past. You are the meaning you assign to it. You have the power to turn the stories that once hurt into sources of wisdom, strength and personal power.

@GuusvanRees I love words like these that are just what they say they are. If your mind is set on your highest self, fuck yes, if it is set on your lowest self, that is a problem

When you feel alone, place your hand on your heart and remember: you are surrounded by love, and you are never walking this path by yourself. Trust the timing of your healing. Trust the wisdom of your soul. There is always someone to listen. Find them if you need connection.

Name the old story and its lie. Acknowledge how memory is partial, biased, and sticky—especially when formed young or under stress

Why I Call It Alchemy Across cultures, the idea is the same: take what is heavy, hidden, or base and through heat, time, and intention, transform it into something luminous and true. Transformation into better, stronger. That’s why I call this work Narrative Alchemy. Because we’re not just changing a thought. We are not feeling good for a moment, rather we are smelting down the old story until its weight is gone and its wisdom is revealed. That’s the gold you take with you. Forever.

@SteGra2000 I talk to it, feel it, work to diminish it. See what I can learn from it. How about you, Stephan?

@heatherappert Pain can be a quiet teacher, guiding us in unseen ways. How do you break the silence?

Not all pain is loud. Some pain doesn’t scream. It quietly shapes how you grow up. It just quietly shapes how you show up. You avoid feedback. You over prepare. You freeze when you need to move. You stay silent instead of asking for what you need. That’s not weakness. That’s a nervous system still ruled by the old threat embedded in our story. And the wild thing? That threat may no longer exist but no one told the body yet. What pain are you carrying that stopped being relevant but never got released?
