Coco Urlacher (@CocoUrlacher) has been key to the success of our 16u EYBL team. Her explosive athleticism and quickness make her a threat in transition, as she can outrun defenders and finish at the rim. Her ability to change direction quickly and her exceptional body control enable her to navigate through traffic and finish acrobatic layups. Her agility and coordination also make her a solid defender, capable of staying in front of her opponents and disrupting their offensive plays. Furthermore, Coco's work ethic and determination are evident in her relentless pursuit of rebounds. She understands the importance of crashing the offensive boards and capitalizing on second-chance points. She not only creates scoring opportunities for herself but also provides her teammates with additional chances to score. Coco's lightning-fast first step off the dribble sets her apart from other players. This quickness allows her to blow by defenders and get to the basket with ease. Her ability to penetrate the defense opens up various scoring options, It is clear that her tenacity, high energy, and work ethic are commendable traits that contribute to her overall effectiveness on the court. @codyroyle I feel this. I try to pour into everyone's child which impacts my own family. Take the parent attacking my character for telling their kid they're expected to be at practice plus more and more players that I care about using me/treating me as valueless = less and less worth it.

There's a trend playing out in coaching that we need to be paying attention to. Good coaches are quitting, preferring to walk away than put themselves and their families through the lifestyle. Sports should be the bastion of leadership, not the industry leaders are fleeing. 👇
