It’s been a minute since I’ve been in Canada. And it’s great to be home.
Another Olympics and Paralympics complete. Time for some rest. Hope you’re all doing well out there wherever this finds you.
I’ve covered many stolen points over the years while on the curling beat.
But this is a first.
Two stolen rocks. From the Olympic and Paralympic venue. Authorities trying to find them. What a day.

I was thinking that I might make a paper mache commemorative plate out of all my art prize rejection letters I've received so far.
I was informed today by the @royalacademy that my painting was not selected.

Good morning sports fans and happy Friday from Quebec City.
It’s King Charles III Coronation Medal presentation day here.
We’ll all be heading to the Citadelle for an 11am ceremony where Governor General Mary Simon will present the medals. Sights, sounds and stories to come.
I will be wearing another knitted 🧶 shirt to the pool this evening.
I did not knit them. Tom Daley did not knit them.
But once things settle down I’ll provide a play-by-play of the wardrobe.

As if last nights sunset was not impressive enough this is what was shinning through the bedroom window over Gros Morne Mountain this morning. We often get both nice sunrises and sunsets on the same day here. It is going to be another great day in paradise by the look of things.
This is weird to say out loud, but I actually am kinda an expert in rate limiting, so I'm gonna explain some stuff.
