@msyonceslay Ya’ll have to stop romanticizing human interaction. Did it seem a lil tense? Sure. But even if they were disagreeing, they are two adults who look to be composing themselves enough to have a regulated conversation. Ya’ll gotta actually be in relationship and stop watching Disney.

we’re told that love needs a SPARK…
from the novels we read as a kid to the movies we watch as teenagers, and the social media posts we see as an adult.
the truth couldn’t be further.
the spark is just meant to ignite the flame. keeping the flame lit requires patience and gratitude for the comfort you now have.

@allldiamonds Peace and safety can feel boring, especially if you’re used to the drama in relationships.
The truth is, a calm nervous system feels like peace and not constant butterflies.
Choose the person who makes you feel peace and not internal chaos disguised as chemistry.

While I agree with most anti consumerism stances, I can’t help but believe that if she was a more petite non-black woman, this would be a completely different conversation.
I think the bigger conversation is that you all don’t believe bigger women deserve luxury or comfort.

If you looked up the word “consumerism” in the dictionary, this is the video they need to show to explain it.
