JR Smith on LeBron James’s leadership in Cleveland👇#NBA
“By the time I got to Cleveland, it was like, no, I’m not showing up at 10 in practice at 11. In here at 8, I’m watching Bron, and I’m like no this is oh no no, this is how we win, so my mentally completely changed […] I added a lot of [accountability]. When I got to Cleveland, that’s the first time I’ve seen the whole team in the weight room and on the court…we were doing individual workouts together…it was something that I’ve never seen before. I catered a lot of that to Bron because his work ethic and his drive is ridiculous; it doesn’t matter if you’re the 15 man or the 2nd man, he’ll workout with you, he’ll get shots up with you, he’s gonna talk to you, communicate with you.”
