@TimKulhanek @DerekDuke25 I know you are correct but I fear that ship of distinction has likely sailed. I’m in ATX area and lots of donut shops use “sausage kolache” as the description on their menu. I still refer to them as klobasniks to try to keep it alive but alas.

@DerekDuke25 Anything touching sausage, egg or any other protein is not a kolache. I know pretenders call them that but they’re just not. It’s a klobasnik. They’re good but they’re not kolache.
