Happy New Month CT 💗
At the beginning of this year, I made a promise to myself.
I wrote down 5 shameless things I was going to do, and the first one was simple.
➩ Show up.
➩ Post my videos.
➩ Be seen.
Take up space, even if it made people uncomfortable. Even if it meant being in everyone’s face.
But life had other plans.
Exams came, and I had to focus on it over everything else. Just when I thought i was done with my papers and could finally breathe and get back to creating, I started shooting content… all of a sudden my phone screen stopped working.
Another pause.
Then my account got suspended.
At some point, it started to get to me. I felt low, Unmotivated, Like everything was working against me at once.
For a moment, it felt like I was stuck.
But somehow, I fixed my phone and I got my account back.
I’m here again, creating and editing my videos, Trying again and refusing to stop
And if there’s one thing I’m holding onto, it’s this:
I will keep trying.
Again and again.
Until it finally works out…welcome to my month 🫶
