🛠️ Update 20 Hotfix 1 is now live! Thank you to everyone who has been playing Update 20 and sharing feedback on Juno Beach, the Canadian Forces, and the armor rework. This hotfix addresses a number of community-reported issues, including the DirectX 12 crashes affecting some AMD graphics card users. Key fixes include: • DX12 crash fix via a temporary frontend rollback • Juno Beach visual and environmental fixes • Front-end and DLC-related bug fixes • Newsfeed improvements • Canadian Forces content fixes To address the DX12 crashes, we have temporarily reverted the frontend to the previous Patch 19.1 version while work continues on the full Update 20 frontend. Once the underlying issue has been fully resolved, we intend to restore the Update 20 frontend in a future update. We're continuing to investigate reports and are already working on Hotfix 2. Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who has jumped into Update 20 over the past 24 hours. It's been great seeing so many of you playing Juno Beach and trying out the new armor changes. 🪖 Thanks to your feedback, we've been able to identify a few issues that we're working to resolve as quickly as possible, including a WinStore issue, and a DX12-related crash affecting certain graphics cards, ❗DX12 We're currently targeting a fix for this issue on Monday morning, and we'll share more information on an upcoming hotfix addressing other reported issues as soon as we can. If you are experiencing these crashes, please remove the DX12 launch option in Steam or switch to DX11 in the game's settings as a temporary workaround. 🖥️ WinStore This morning we deployed a server-side update that resolves an issue preventing Windows Store players from accessing servers. In order for the fix to take effect, server owners will need to ensure their servers have been updated. If you manage a server, please contact your GSP and apply the update as soon as possible. Windows Store players who are still unable to join servers are encouraged to reach out to server owners and confirm that the latest server update has been installed. Please continue sharing any bugs, issues, or feedback with us whether on Reddit, in the U20-feedback forum on the the Discord, or sharing directly with our support team. Over the course of the weekend, we loved seeing your clips, screenshots, stories and discussions across social media, Discord, Reddit and our feedback survey. We were also thrilled to see so many of our War Correspondents, content creators and community members sharing their experiences with others. We want Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to deliver the best possible experience for players on both PC and console. Following intensive internal testing, coupled with the open beta feedback, we've identified several areas where additional development time will allow us to deliver a stronger launch experience. As a result, we have decided to delay the launch of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to 13th August. We know many of you have been patiently awaiting the next chapter in the Hell Let Loose franchise, and we do not take this decision lightly. However, we firmly believe that taking additional time now is the right choice for both the game and the community. We’d also like to thank you for your feedback across surveys, Discord, Reddit and beyond. The additional development time will allow the team to focus on improving performance, stability and overall gameplay quality ahead of launch.
