@hellofresh_ie two weeks in a row my box has not been generated. The worse customer service I have ever received. No contact whatsoever from your team. Up to me to make contact two weeks in a row. Advertise the company as taking the stress out of meal prep - false advertising!!!!

@hellofresh_ie you’ve removed the first box free discount from me twice and now tried to charge me full price for my first box. The agent last week assured me this wouldn’t happen and my app showed the discount until today. Why is this the second time this has happened ?
