Went along to the Voyager Media Awards having been a judge, and ended up the surprised recipient of one of 3 Outstanding Achievement awards. Luckily made it back in time from a loo and gossip outing during a break. Just. Thanks all.

Efeso really did talk about his family whenever he got the chance. When I interviewed him about his decision to stand for the Greens he said he was driven by the hope of making a better world for his girls. Just so sad

My sister is in this hospice right now. An unbelievable place of comfort, peace and dignity. Our family felt a palpable sense of ‘Mercy’ as we entered. Catchment covers us all the way in Ōtāhuhu. Please support.

For 23 days, my family lived at Mercy Hospice while they cared for Dad. We slept, ate, showered there. To try repay some of their kindness, my sister chose to do a half-marathon (with just 11 days’ notice!) to raise funds. @hellohannahm Your Da was magic🌟 I loved performing with him. I remember the '81 NZ tour of "Evita" when he was our fab dance captain, and "Jesus Christ Superstar" (he played a great Simon Zealotes) and "Sweet Charity", (both at the Mercury). Such a big-hearted, happiness-filled soulful man❤️

My brilliant Dad is gone, after a 14-month battle with cancer and 3 weeks in hospice. He was 67. He was the most passionate, alive person I’ve ever met, so in his memory I want to encourage anyone who reads this to always seize life & do the things that truly bring you joy.

@hellohannahm Sending love, Hannah. I lost my Dad a week ago after an 18 month battle with cancer also. He was 54. Whilst we don’t know eachother personally, I’m always here if you want someone to talk to who understands the unimaginable loss and grief. Take care X

The world is a poorer place for losing him, but I was so bloody lucky to have been his daughter.

For Steve, that was listening to music, having a boogie, watching sport (come on you Spurs!!), playing golf, driving his TR6 and being with his whānau and friends. Always tell the people you love that you love them: he told us everyday 🤍 Laugh loudly, sing, and make noise!
