i hate the romanticization of artists across art forms as if they’re putting their heart and soul only for the fun of it all. and people wonder why they’re continuously exploited when this is the average person’s assessment of them and their work

ballet is not dying why do ppl keep saying that to defend his point when it’s a lie??? shows are still being sold out. in the era of ai, movies and art are being taken over, but performance art is nothing without their human performers.
