After facing the year from hell Iv finally been given the all clear to return to work doing what I love to do. This has been the hardest battle of my life. To anyone that suffers with mental health don’t give up. I haven’t and I’m back stronger than ever

Never thought I would need to go to a mental health unit. Just goes to show we are not above anything. Life happens and things affect us. I am thankful for all the support @PennineAcuteNHS @PennineCareNHS

Mental health awareness, suicide prevention. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. It’s ok not to be ok.

I have a great job, I am educated but currently in the middle of a breakdown. I’m lucky to have a few friends for support alongside the amazing access and crisis team. Life is not easy and I’m not ashamed to admit I’m struggling right now. Be aware of mental health. It matters

Be careful when you describe a patient as ‘quite tachy’ within their earshot as they can get quite offended because it sounds like you’re slagging off their dress sense
