One of the hardest things is I don’t know how I’d look skinny because I’ve never been skinny/was maybe as a child but didn’t pay attention to my body so I don’t even know what weight will finally make my body look the way I want it or if it’s even achievable

@starvingsilver I’m doing that and telling myself I’m recovering and I feel mostly okay, but the other day I had a binge and wanted to die so bad and I still have a lot of self hate so no, I think you need to find self love and acceptance to recover
