@virginmedia hi I’m unable to record anything open apps like I player and itv x and pause live tv I’ve checked the equipment using the app and it says everything is ok I have a 360 box. What else can I do myself ?

So @virginmedia I’ve plugged your landline adapter in and my router has broken and I have no internet. Apparently the earliest available engineer is on Monday. Why didn’t you have support available for events like this?

@virginmedia live chat genuinely needs to be studied. It is truly the worst customer service experience in the history of humanity. Live service agents clearly on numerous chats at once copy and pasting responses, often sending the wrong one to the wrong chat, and I'm not entirely sure they can even read. Just sack them all and get a gptwrapper.

@virginmedia Genuinely, thanks for this. I really appreciate it. I resent having to chase around for new deals because new customers are valued over existing. Loyalty begets loyalty.

@virginmedia Tried but account is not recognised. Was told today this will take 5 business days to resolve. Expect a large claim for compensation when I know how much damage you have caused me.

@celinelatrine @virginmedia Sky couldn't suppy us for nine months due a blockage outside the front pavement in the end we moved by the way they paid us 500 quid to compensate how made is that
